We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.Key Responsibilities:System Processes:
Assist in establishing and optimizing system processes for product management. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, system configurations, and inventory management.Pricing and Item Numbers:
Collaborate with the Product Manager to set competitive pricing strategies. Help create item numbers for various products, ensuring accurate classifying and inventory tracking.Data Analysis & Research Support:
Support product research and development by gathering and reviewing market data, sales trends, and customer feedback. Prepare detailed reports that offer insights into product performance and industry trends and assist in interpreting data related to market conditions. Contribute to identifying potential improvements and innovations for our wide format printing materials, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs.Documentation:
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of product specifications, pricing, and system updates. Ensure all records are current and accessible for internal use.Collaboration:
Work closely with product management and the marketing team to ensure product information is accurate and up to date. Aid with product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.Qualifications:Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in the printing industry or a related field.Education:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Relevant experience in the field is a strong plus.Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with database management systems.Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing product information and data.Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Organizational Skills:
