Position Summary

The Social Media Intern will work within the Carolina Panthers digital team. We're looking for someone who is fluent in pop culture and trends to help grow our social channels. The ideal candidate will love to push creative boundaries and help ideate and execute engaging content that fits the @Panthers voice.

Primary ResponsibilitiesCreate best-in class partner content across our social and digital platformsWork with partners across multiple business units to deliver social and digital contentIdeate and execute content for various platformsOrganize Panthers ideating process around various partner concepts with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate reporting of content performance and feedback for better development and executionPerform analytical reporting to better develop a common purpose to create insights-driven content that benefits fansProvides input regarding team social accountsHelp track and pull analytics for sponsored postsLead packaging and shipping from the social media team for influencers and fansCoordinate social content around the events at Bank of America StadiumHelp cover sponsorship or community events for social platformsOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications

2 years of experience in content production for Social and Digital MediaStrong working knowledge of social media networksExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteWorking knowledge of photo and video editing toolsMust be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidaysMust pass pre-employment screensMust be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivityA valid driver's licenseSkills for Success

Excellent oral, written, communication, and proofreading skillsDetail-oriented, must be able to multi-task, and must be able to manage time successfullyAbility to adapt to a fast pace environment and think creativelyAbility to grasp future trends in digital technology and act proactivelyAbility to work on a team and independentlyPhysical Requirements

Sitting at a desk and computer for long periods of time.Bending, standing, reaching, kneeling, and lifting technology equipment and office materials.Walking throughout the stadium facility, sometimes for an extended period of time.Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
