Director Marketing

The Director Multifamily Marketing will oversee and direct all marketing functions for the Terra Vista at Tejon apartment community including brand development, brand management, advertising, social media, market research, promotions, and field management. This position interacts with the property management and leasing team while providing leadership, management and support for all marketing efforts supporting Terra Vista leasing and tenant retention efforts.
