ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, user researchers, content strategists, engineers, and other designers on product direction and delivery in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.Demonstrate an understanding of best practices in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, data visualization, accessibility in digital interface design across multiple platforms and screen sizes.Follow BetMGM's Design Principles and work with Design leadership to evolve, grow and document our design system.Understand the importance of User Research and Data Science to define what qualitative and quantitative data will be important in your work.Prototype component interactions for systems development and documentation.Share early and often, gather and provide constructive feedback, and quickly iterate on designs.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.Experience as a visual/design systems designer working on cross-functional teams releasing consumer or enterprise products.Experience with quick decision-making and rapid iteration.The ability to break down problems and work within constraints.An understanding of design systems, foundational digital patterns, and accessibility in design.A growth-mindset and love of learning. You're open and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Deep curiosity around current products, trends, software, platforms, and hardware.Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.A portfolio of work containing case studies showcasing thoughtful problem solving, attention to detail and well-crafted design.Licensing Requirements
As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations. Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies. Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment. Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

The annual salary range for this position is $77,280 to $101,430. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.
