Our client, a Top Entertainment Network, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This will be a 9 month contract and hybrid to Burbank.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of multiplatform marketing campaigns, from strategy development to final deliverables and reporting.• Develop & maintain campaign timeline documents, working closely with partners across social, creative, press, and more.• Assist in the development of strategy brief presentations & campaign presentations.• Lead day-to-day deliverable execution for paid media and marketing campaigns, working closely with internal and external Creative teams, media agency, & Social team. Includes timeline and process management & QA of all requested specs & delivered assets.• Request company-data through appropriate channels for paid media campaigns.• Coordinate agenda, maintain invitee lists, & compile and send notes from all Pod meetings.
Must haves:
• 1-2 years of experience with an entertainment company (internship experience is fine)• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills• Be detail oriented, work well under deadline pressure, and be extremely flexible.• Interpret directions and follow through with assignments to completion• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
