JOB DESCRIPTIONBrooklyn Bowl Philadelphia is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is ready to roll up their sleeves and jump in! You will aid in the promotion, advertising, street-team, and social media for shows and parties at the venue, as well as the restaurant, lanes, and overall initiatives to build the Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia brand. We are looking for a creative, driven, and passionate employee.

This position requires an enthusiastic self-starter who is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager. You will be tasked with the daily support of outreach activities, social media, brand awareness initiatives, track marketing timelines and analytics, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in the creation and execution of creative marketing plans.

Coordinate and oversee show coverage and live content capture for priority shows.

Process and track all invoices.

Coordinate in the creation of original content, marketing copy, and artwork for social media.

Assist in the creation and analysis of digital marketing and advertising campaigns.

Execute social media strategy, show announcement posts, and Facebook event creation.

Coordinate the creation and distribution of physical marketing materials.

Manage street team activities and create marketing materials and distribute to street team reps.

Handle local media & photographer requests for show coverage, including managing guestlist requests.

Build and execute weekly newsletter.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Extensive music knowledge: event planning, concert or sports marketing experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.

1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting

Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams

Maintain a positive public/professional profile at all times

CompensationBase salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience.
