Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote (Eastern or Central time zone)

Curia provides global contract research and manufacturing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Curia is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support Curia's global marketing initiatives by creating compelling content, coordinating paid media and digital campaigns, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing programs. This position demands a blend of creativity, digital marketing expertise, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing materials align with company objectives and meet the highest quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advertising Coordination

Develop and manage a paid media tracker to efficiently monitor the status of creative deliverables. This includes registering, tracking and reporting on specifications, deadlines, and metrics across various publications, and collaborating with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to ensure timely execution.

Support the production of webinars, white papers, and other marketing assets. Ensure that each deliverable aligns with requirements and is delivered on schedule.

Coordinate the MarCom review process for paid media creatives, gathering and organizing feedback from legal, quality, and marketing. Ensure all revisions and requests are addressed comprehensively and in a timely manner. Great time management is essential.

Collaborate with the tradeshow manager to create tailored corporate profiles for tradeshow landing pages and websites.

Content Development and Management

Collaborate with the Global Brand Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative visual concepts, graphics, and copy for various promotional materials, including digital ads, social media content, and print collaterals.

Assist with managing Curia’s social media calendar, including planning, scheduling and updating posts using Asana and Hootsuite, ensuring consistency and alignment with social media strategy.

Organize and maintain Curia’s image and video libraries across platforms such as Vidyard, YouTube, SharePoint site and internal drives, ensuring easy access and efficient use of assets.

Newsletters & Trade Shows

Collaborate with members of the marketing team to create engaging monthly newsletters communicating Curia’s recent high-engaged updates, webinars, white papers and other assets. Distribute the newsletter internally and assist in reporting on KPIs.

Metrics & Reporting

Assist in compiling detailed monthly reports on the performance of social media, media buys, digital advertising, and other marketing activities.

• 2-3 years of experience supporting digital marketing activities and paid performance campaigns

• Associates degree, bachelor’s degree a plus!

• Copywriting: Good writing skills (spelling, grammar) to craft ad copy and landing pages

• Microsoft Excel: Intermediate-level ability to use Excel to analyze and view data

• Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop and execute PPC campaigns aligned with business goals

Ideal candidate nice to haves:

• Google Ads Certification

• Microsoft Ads Certification

• Google Tag Manager experience

• Life science, Pharma manufacturing Industry experience

• Programmatic ad experience

• Experience with AI and machine learning platforms

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management or related field required

Required:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, content development, and/or project management.

Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms: Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite). Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms, as well as video marketing tools like Vidyard, and project management platforms like Asana and SharePoint, is highly preferred.

Strong skillset with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Proven ability to create engaging content, articulate ideas clearly, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience in the Pharma/CDMO Industry is a plus.

Pay Range: $52,000-$65,000/year

Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
