The Marketing Technology, Planning, & Enablement team supports our broader marketing organization by providing the necessary technology, processes, and support to ensure every marketer has the tools they need to achieve their goals. One of our primary areas of focus is ensuring our broader marketing organization aligns to evolving enterprise operating models and processes.

As a

Marketing Operations Manager

you will play a critical part in that effort, helping to ensure our cross-functional marketing teams operate efficiently to meet their goals by improving marketing processes through tech-based solutions. This role will be multi-faceted, with a focus on active project coordination, as well as ongoing process and system optimization and the adoption of best-practices and finding opportunities for removing barriers that introduce inefficiencies.

This is an individual contributor position, where you will have the opportunity to gain exposure, knowledge, and insights supporting a breadth of initiatives within a complex Marketing organization.

Responsibilities:

Support the coordination and optimization of ongoing intake, evaluation, and prioritization of marketing initiatives for inclusion in our strategic marketing portfolio of projects.

Empower marketing teams by integrating technologies and automations into marketing processes to improve overall operational efficiency.

Maximize the value and opportunity utilization of existing marketing capabilities and technologies.

Drive communication, awareness and reporting of key marketing portfolio metrics, including expanding measurement of capacity, alignment, quality, and consistency.

Helping to bring the long-term vision for marketing technology and portfolio operations to life in partnership with broader marketing, technology, project management and leadership teams.

Define and facilitate training, education and drive adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to improve marketing efficiency.

* This is a hybrid position, working out of one of our service center locations

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of full-time work experience in a complex marketing organization, preferably with direct involvement of utilizing or managing marketing software, platforms, or other technology solutions.

Familiarity with matrixed operational processes spanning multiple teams, and efforts to optimize those processes to remove barriers and improve efficiency.

Proven project management capabilities, with a focus on delivery of key outcomes within established timeframes and budget and resource requirements.

Exposure to a range of marketing tactics including, but not limited to: digital channels (web/mobile), communications, media, SEO, social and more.

Preferred Qualifications

A solution-oriented, independent self-starter able to dive into unfamiliar spaces and rapidly identifies opportunities and solutions for enhancing efficiency.

Strong creative-problem solving abilities, and the ability to utilize technology to solve operational challenges.

Dynamic relationship, partnership, and collaborative skills; a strong teammate with experience working with others to champion initiatives across matrixed organizations.

Proven history of driving change management within an organization, including preparing audiences for change and delivering education, support, and resources to increase adoption and organizational success.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective presentations and communications to a diverse audience.

*In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
