Communications

Manager, Global Partner Solutions (GPS),

to support two executives in our organization. As Executive Communications Manager, Global Partner Solutions (GPS), you will report to the Director of Partner Communications and Events, who reports to the Senior Director who leads the Industry & Partner Sales Communications and Events organization.

You will be responsible for leading both external and internal communications for the Global Lead of the GSI (global systems integrator) Sales organization and the VP of the Global Channel Sales organization. You will have an opportunity to be immersed in these two businesses, work with leaders, help drive thought leadership and impact for these leaders and commercial partner segments. This is a strategic role that provides significant opportunity for exec visibility, cross-team collaboration, a breadth of communication experience and business impact.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement communications strategy for the 2 executives.

Drive and scale executiveplatforms, and proactive communication plans for the fiscal year, aligned to the rhythm of the business (ROB)business and communications priorities, including but not limited to speaking engagements, org comms, blogs/podcasts, social mediaand AR/PR briefing prep.

Develop thought leadership initiatives to inform communications strategy and planning, as well as personalize core messaging and narratives to bring the organizations’ mission and business priorities to life through dynamic storytelling that resonates with the target audiences.

Demonstrate strategic leadership by driving impactful messaging for the executives, continuing to strengthen their platforms and drive thought leadership, aligning with the company mission, strategy, leadership principles and cultural attributes.

Act as single-point-of-contact for any executive requests (internal and external), partnering with appropriate teams to triage and drive impact.

Participate in business planning discussions as appropriate.

Embed diversity and inclusion (D&I) throughout strategy and execution.

Strategic and proactive communications professional

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, storytelling, ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of audiences

Solid organizational skills to manage communication reviews with executives and stakeholders in a timely manner

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience

OR equivalent experience.

This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience

OR equivalent experience.

3+ years specialized functional (e.g., retail, technology) experience.

4+ years experience supporting executives in an executive communications role.

3+ years experience working with social media platforms.

Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
