job summary:
Portfolio for a review with design lead.
5-7 years of direct experience designing user interfaces for web, software, and/or hardware products is required.
Ability to read and synthesize product specifications and generate related design specifications/design briefs. When product specifications are not present or incomplete, have the ability to help derive and document these missing specifications.
Create clean and effective graphic templates, presentations, process flows, information architecture diagrams, documentation, sketches, wireframes, and other artifacts required to develop and evolve user experience designs
Ability to discuss and present an in-depth knowledge of standard design principles: color, typography, layout, brand.
Must have the ability to understand technology issues and communicate information effectively.
Excellent communication and project management skills required.
Ability to work under constant deadline constraints.
knowledge of web technologies (i.e. HTML and CSS) is preferred.
Fluency with standard design software tools (ex. Figma, Adobe CS) required.
Fluency with basic animation (within Figma) required; skills or experience with more advanced animation (e.g. After Effects) is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related program. A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Find areas where we can improve our processes, products, or culture, and lead or influence the changes necessary to do that.
