As sunlight nurtures new life, we take the donor gift and transform it into new hope, bringing the light of healing to patients in our local hospitals through blood donations and to patients around the globe in need of tissue transplants.Because we believe that everyone deserves more time to live life to its fullest.The Digital Marketing Specialist:Develops, maintains, and distributes reports and dashboard that effectively present digital marketing metrics.Creates and manage social media content calendars across multiple social media accounts and platforms.Creates, analyzes, and reports on all digital and pay-per-click advertising.Monitors social media across all platforms and engage with audience when appropriate.Collaborates with Marketing/Communications team to execute creative, paid media, and social media tactics based on the overall strategy.Manages social media budgets to optimize spend and boost high performing posts.Uses analytical skills to interpret social media, digital, and website data to optimize reach, impact, engagement, and brand awareness.Collaborates with Graphic Designer or outside vendors to develop creative content.Is a champion for the company branding, messaging, and digital best practices.Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required.Practical experience and/or working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.Experience with Hootsuite or similar platform.Experience with Google Analytics/Google Ads.Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

We began in Dayton in 1964 as the region's first centralized blood bank. Solvita collects and provides all blood products for hospitals in our 15-county region and beyond.
The tissue bank was born in 1986 and is now one of the nation's largest tissue banks. Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients.
