Overview

Responsible for supporting the Bank's digital marketing efforts, including developing email marketing communications, updating website content, and creating and administering content on all social media platforms to grow an audience and build brand awareness.Responsibilities

Coordinate the bank's day-to-day digital marketing activities, ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner and reflect a consistent, positive brand image in alignment with business strategies and direction.

Develop and schedule email messages and monthly email newsletters for B2C and B2B audiences using appropriate brand voice and visuals.Update website content using our dedicated content management dashboard.Coordinate regular blog postings on a variety of topics, working with internal and external subject matter experts to develop content, and collaborating with marketing team and agency resources to build blog audience.Assist in social media management including monitoring audience reactions, comments, and messages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and any other emerging channels.Execute targeted communications to client audiences through our digital messaging platform.In the performance of respective duties, must maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all other regulatory, security and bank policies.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, advertising or related discipline preferred, or comparable work experience.1-2 years of experience preferred.A strong understanding of marketing principles, knowledge of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, initiative to learn banking industry.Self-starter with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Professional written/verbal communication skills including editing and crafting content for the digital space required.MS Office proficiency required.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.Acute attention to detail.
