As a Product Designer, you will design elegant, customer-focused web and/or mobile applications for millions of Docusign users around the globe. You will be responsible for the user interface, its architecture, interaction, user research and visual design across platforms. You are a dedicated, passionate, efficient designer with strong analytic skills and an inventive storyteller. You collaborate with colleagues with ease and bring cross-functional teams together around a common vision. You welcome feedback from a wide variety of collaborators and research ideas, and tap your intuition to make the right decision in the absence of definitive facts. You adeptly balance business needs with simple, engaging, user-centered solutions. You are adept at working in an Agile/Scrum product development environment that is cross-functional and highly collaborative.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to a Product Design Manager.ResponsibilityChampion design, pushing yourself to explore big ideas before narrowing in on feasible, inventive solutions that sweat the small detailsPartner with Product Management, Engineering, User Research and tech writers to define multiple features that impact the whole product, ultimately helping to define product direction, with guidance from more senior designersOwn design execution and measure ongoing improvementsProduce deliverables for every stage of the design process - storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobileApply and contribute new patterns to Docusign's design system to maintain scalable design across our product ecosystemLeverage all data points like analytics and research to inform your work but rely on your intuition to fill in the gapsContribute to a creative, supportive culture for the entire Product Experience team

Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
