In addition, its renewable geothermal plants use steam generated deep below the earth's surface to produce clean, renewable electricity.Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)The Marketing Associate is a motivated and enthusiastic individual who will support the organization's marketing efforts. Marketing Associates at Champion Energy Services will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and contribute to the marketing strategy.The person in this role will become the in-house expert of the email service provider (ESP) platform, currently Zeta. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing email communications from start to finish. The person will collaborate with other team members, vendors, and IT. Plus, they are responsible for gaining approvals from marketing leadership and communicating new campaign launches to customer care. Additional responsibilities may include developing content for social media or the website, preparing and presenting market research results, responding or escalating to customer inquiries while monitoring customer feedback channels.Marketing Associates may work across multiple channels including social media, email communications, direct mail or print communications, online, and web, etc. The varied experience across each of these channels will provide Associates the opportunity to develop a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of Champion business.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree: Business, Economics, or Marketing preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OfficeStrong communications skills: verbal and writtenEfficiently project manage: be a self-starter who takes initiative to get work doneStrong organizational abilities: must be able to meet deadlinesMultitask: evaluate priorities and execute task according to changing environmentAnalytical: curious in understanding why marketing efforts fail or succeed, willingness to troubleshoot and problem solve, focus on data and/or research to support hypothesesRelevant work experience: internships and/or up to 2 years related experience
