Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager partners with key business unit staff and senior level management to set strategic marketing and communication goals, objectives, plans, and budgets; management of special projects; advertising and brand oversight; comprehensive tradeshow administration; and sales network communication and education. Provides guidance and leadership to Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Monthly Campaigns/New Product Launches - Overall planning of campaigns and what components to include. Writing copy for print advertising, organic social media, paid social media, eblasts, press releases, partner education, website content, sales material

Internal and external communications including: intercompany announcements, newsletters, press releases, website and brochure content, educational documentation, and product/application promotional materials

Partner Communications including writer/editor for monthly partner newsletter, one-off email communications (training, price changes, etc...), and mail processing for paper mailings

Administrator, content curator, and host for sales network educational webinars

Co-ordinate, plan and attend trade shows & seminars. Responsible for maintenance of trade show equipment and demo fleet as well as supervision of booth set-ups and all labor activities at the venue.

Creation of sales material development

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business, communication or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience in B2B marketing, trade show organization, and lead generation

5+ years progressive experience in Marketing

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.

Effective written & verbal communication skills

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

Onsite/Hybrid - Enon, OH

Travel - Required travel to various trade shows through the year

Key Competencies:

Experience with B2B marketing

Experience in trade show organization

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and design skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization and in cross-function collaborations

Ability to present facts and recommendations, to present opinions and defend them

Experience in KPI driven Demand Generation activities and digital basic knowledge.
