The Manager Marketing and Communications manages a team of Marketing Strategists and Marketing Specialists. This role is pivotal in establishing marketing and communications as a strategic thought leader and valued resource among our internal clients across our system of care. It is our goal to provide the best possible service, support and guidance to our clinical program leaders and providers.The Manager will thrive on building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This position provides strategic marketing leadership with internal clients and across the marketing and communications team. They will lead the creation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing strategies throughout multiple communication channels, for hospital service lines and clinical focus areas.The Manager works across the marketing and communications team and key leadership in the strategic marketing planning process, market research, and the tracking and reporting of data intelligence to reveal actionable insights. This position partners with creative and digital counterparts to guide the strategic vision and lead internal program delivery.The Manager coaches the marketing strategy team through the creative briefing, presentation, campaign planning, cost estimating, financial management and post campaign analysis across service lines and clinical focus areas. The ability to understand and drive integration across all marketing and communications disciplines is essential.Qualifications
