Infor is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Data Manager to bring focus to our marketing data strategy. This role will partner with business stakeholders to identify, define and improve on Marketing's data processes. This role is critical in supporting Infor's overall data hygiene by reducing silos and improving data sharing polices. This role is part of the broader Marketing Operations MarTech team and will be a key stakeholder in data technologies such as ZoomInfo, D&B, Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce. Oversee the organizations marketing databases, ensuring data is up to date, accurate and accessible and maintain high data quality through rigorous data cleaning and validating. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Working with stakeholders to identify key areas to improve data quality, intake and proceduresImplementing policies and procedures to support improved best practices in data health and hygienePartnership with stakeholders who share in marketing's dataCreating and enabling marketing users on best practices within Pardot (Account Engagement) for using data efficiently with segmentationsPartner with marketing, sales and IT to align data initiatives with business objectives.Ensure data practices comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)Responsible for designing, implementing and managing data structures within Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement)Basic Qualifications:

Experience implementing enterprise data governance programsExperience leading projectsData management experience with a focus on MAP (Marketing Automation Platform ) and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce and Pardot (Account Engagement) experienceExperience with marketing processes, methodologies, and best practices in B2B space

Location: US Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN, Alpharetta, GA)
