However, any non-permanent employee hired to work 30 or more hours per week for three months or more (cumulative of all positions, and not designated as variable hour worker), must be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, within 30 days of their eligibility. Any non-permanent employee hired to work less than 30 hours per week (cumulative of all positions, or designated as variable hour worker - i.e. student workers) are measured during designated measurement periods. If they average 30 or more hours per week over a designated measurement period, they will be offered the chance to enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan, and will be notified of instructions.

Minimum Experience/EducationBachelor's degree from an accredited university. Marketing or communications experience preferred.

Departmental Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education:

Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, manage and implement marketing projects from beginning to end, ranging from simple single items to multifaceted, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Work with Director of Marketing and Communications to understand and prioritize the expectations and goals of respective areas of responsibility. Leverage technical marketing resources to plan, coordinate and manage content and campaigns. Tools to include but not limited to: web content management system (WordPress/Drupal), CRMs (Slate/Salesforce), social media management (Hootsuite), project management software, video editing software and graphic design software.Oversee and maintain website content via CMS (including copy, layout and graphic elements) and navigation, particularly related to conversion-related content.Develop and execute engaging multimedia content strategies, incorporating photo and video editing to enhance visual storytelling across various platforms.Assist with planning, scheduling, implementing and tracking communications for specific campaigns.Optimize marketing automation strategies, utilizing email, SMS and print communication campaigns to effectively reach target audiences and drive engagement and conversions.Seek, develop and distribute original and solicited content, including messages for letters, articles, blog posts, social posts, etc.
