You'll partner with strategic and creative teams and some of the best social and content experts in the industry.Your Mission: to conceptualize and support the development of creative platforms that could travel across the funnel creating ideas that are social at heart and best-in-class creative expressions.You will tailor your creative and content to audiences, platforms and culturally relevant moments. Responsibilities:Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts and core creative ideas for an array of brands, products and briefsDay-to-day leader of team(s) and actively guides team to produce work that aligns to creative brief and solves client challenges in an original and innovative wayContributes creative concepts and partner with Strategy teams to approve creative briefs as neededWork closely with copy partner and guide team(s) to stay focused on the big ideaContributes award-worthy concepts and recommendations to execute ideasLead production efforts and demonstrate ability to work within budget or can articulate justification to increase budget for projectsFoster strong relationships with clients and spot opportunities to enhance or build on a project (upsell)Be able to present confidently to client and clearly communicate how creative work/design meets the strategic and business objectiveManage multiple projects, sometimes for various brands with different scopes and ensure all project of self and team deadlines are metComp decks quicklyEnsure creative executions meet the highest standard of craftsmanshipEnsure creative look and feel meet brand guidelines and requirementsStay abreast of global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for real-time content

Qualification:5-7 years of equivalent experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experienceBackground in social first or tech first agenciesAdaptable and able to handle changes in briefs, priorities and editsTrue passion for food & beverage verticalPortfolio of social forward creative that makes our jaw dropStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent management skills and strong leadership potentialExpert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshopand IllustratorAble to shoot and film scrappy contentAbility to lead scrappy content creationPassion for learning and self-improvementProactive and a self-starterPositive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines
