Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for working together with the Facilitated Asset Design and Non- Facilitated Assets Design team to produce visually appealing and clear representations of different concepts, data and customer generated content. This individual works closely with the Interaction Designer(s) to ensure timely and coordinated content, requirements and guidance to produce visual representations that support the business outcome. The Graphic Designer takes storyboard content, raw data points and basic visual renderings to create a highly visual experience that ties together the learning experience. This role designs engaging user experiences through information graphics, illustrations, visual images, and other creative outputs.Major Duties & Responsibilities

Meets with Facilitated and Non-Facilitated Learning teams to determine the scope and level of effort for a given projectDevelops graphics, illustrations and visual images for interactions related to the learning experience for Customer Operations agents, representatives, and supervisorsConceives and develops information graphics (e.g., charts, diagrams, photo composites, icons, and visualized data) for print, exhibit or screenCreates illustrations (e.g., blueprints, journey diagrams, visualization of business or technical concepts)Executes accurate, production-ready deliverables in a timely mannerSpecs and prepares work for a variety of production output formatsProduces flowcharts, wireframes and templatesRequired Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Demonstrated portfolio of graphic design in relation to learning experience and interaction outputsAbility to interpret complex information to produce engaging visualizationsAbility to illustrate in various styles, and manipulate and retouch photographsAbility to define functionality, and produce flowcharts, wireframes and PowerPoint/Word templatesDemonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and complete multiple assignments concurrently to meet deadlinesDemonstrate an ability to work closely with peers to ensure successful learning outcomes and integrated learning interactionsAbility to communicate directly with Interaction Designers to obtain and clarify key informationHave a refined modern design sensibility, with passion and enthusiasm for design and creative flairProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically: InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorDemonstrated ability to creatively solve problems while working under pressure

Required EducationBachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

Required Related Work Experience and Number of YearsCreative design experience - 2+Art Director - 2+Multimedia Artist - 4+Preferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge and understanding of other software in Adobe's Creative Cloud: After Effects, Premier, InDesign, Dreamweaver, FlashKnowledge of emerging, cloud-based graphic design solutions such as VenngageBasic coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and experience publishing in web site platformsHand-drawn illustration skills
