Working on an Agile team, you'll act as a storyteller, translating research into actionable user insights. You'll lead the full spectrum of the digital creative process, including information architecture, interface design, and product implementation and development. Your experience with information architecture, interface design, and product implementation and development will help you advocate for the prioritizations of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements while keeping the end-user at the center of your work.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:7+ years of experience with User Interface (UI) and User Experience design
Experience with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
Experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking
Experience in Agile development
Ability to apply visual design expertise with a focus on clean, modern design
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement UX strategies, evangelizethe importance of UX design, and promote a user-centered culture within an organization
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:Ability to collaborate with the product owner and liaise between the technical team and the client to establish a common understanding of requirements and design

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
