For more information about the company and product line visit: sigsauer.com.Position Summary:This experienced Project Manager - Marketing is responsible for planning, leading, and managing creative marketing projects ranging from basic to high complexity starting at inception through realization with minimal support. The Project Manager position must be very self-driven, organized, and detail oriented, able to communicate with and manage large, diverse interdisciplinary teams. They must also possess great critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence to lead teams through complex technical and logistical challenges. This person will collaborate with their brand management and creative teammates to deliver effective marketing content while communicating directly with Executive Management to drive critical decisions and successful project rollout.Job Duties and Responsibilities:*Provides leadership to the marketing team in the management and execution of all project deliverables, assignment of project priorities, and closure of project open issues with limited support.*Communicates and reports to Manager and Executive Management project status and timeline, project risks and mitigation plans.*Develops the execution strategy and project plan for creative marketing projects with limited support required from Manager.*Serves as the central point of communication for the cross-functional creative marketing team from Ideation to Launch.*Collaborates with Brand Management to understand the brand vision and define the project scope to communicate tasking and critical path to the creative team.*Manages the development of all marketing work packages through their development lifecycles from Ideation to Launch with limited support.*Escalates resource and priority conflicts to Executive Management and provides triage proposals to resolve issues with limited support from Manager.*Maintains the project budget and resource pool with limited support required.*Possesses an advanced SIG SAUER creative marketing process knowledge and mastery.*Maintains and continuously improves existing creative marketing creative processes and procedures, develops new processes and supporting ISO documentation as well as trains team members with limited support.*Engages in and actively volunteers for Continuous Improvement projects/tasks.*Participates in and sustains 5S Standards.*Must follow all required ISO procedures, comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements, and adhere to SIG SAUER, Inc. security mandates.*Must be able to travel infrequently.*Miscellaneous duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and Required Skills:*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent working experience required.*Master's degree in Engineering or Business, Marketing or preferred.*4+ Years of project management, creative marketing management, product development, or related experience required.
