As the Marketing System of Record, Workfront helps organizations plan, execute and automate their work.Workfront is seeking a strong Product Marketing Manager ready to position our product for success in new buying centers, departments and industries. Your primary job will be to drive our go to market plans for new verticals; research personas and buyers; craft differentiated messaging, value propositions, and outstanding stories; and enable our marketing, sales, and partner teams with materials that resonate strongly with customers, partners, and prospects. You will be a product and market subject matter authority and a champion for the business.ResponsibilitiesFrom a product perspective, you will handle industry-specific product marketing for the core Workfront platform, as well as additional products including Workfront Library and Workfront Fusion. You will work closely with your product marketing peers to develop and adapt strategies, content, and other materials for key buying centers. Key responsibilities include:Subject Matter Authority - you are the expert on the Workfront products, value propositions, and the stories that engage prospects and customers within the departments you own. You will be the authority in the buyers, users, and their pains associated with each buyer.Positioning, Messaging, and Storytelling - you'll craft buying center-specific positioning and messaging that advances the Workfront narrative through differentiation, storytelling, and outstanding execution. You'll build or adapt the product and thought leadership content that supports Workfront marketing and sales programs such as webinars, events, and integrated campaigns.Market and Buyer Intelligence - you'll be the authority on our target market, target buyers and the Jobs We Do that deliver value to Workfront customers.Sales Enablement - you'll partner with the Workfront sales strategy and enablement team to help sales representatives communicate the value proposition of our products to prospects and customers within your buying centers.Marketing Enablement - you'll lead the development of, or adapt existing content for marketing functions to enable their programs, such as product videos, collateral, and other material.Competitive Intelligence - you'll partner with the global Director of Competitive Intelligence to arm our marketing and sales professionals with the differentiation to increase win rates.You thrive with taking a leadership role and you naturally desire to chip in with teams while challenging yourself to do great work to accomplish company goals. Ideally, you've been successful before doing this for an enterprise software solution.We're searching for someone that is proactive, collaborative, influential, and able to easily scale from strategy to execution. You influence others in order to get things done, and are able to achieve goals with minimal direction.This position is located in Lehi, UT.Travel: 0-25%Required Skills and Experience5+ years of related experience in enterprise SaaS product marketing or campaign management and a BA, BS, or MBA degreeAnalytical and creative thinking; you can simplify complex ideas and communicate them verbally or through strong written communication.High intellectual curiosity and emotional intelligence requiredYou are an excellent storyteller with proven success speaking to internal and external audiences at all levelsExperienced at crafting positioning and messagingAbility to build thought leadership and marketing content, including videos, product demos, pitch decks, white papers, and other material.Emotional intelligence and ability to work cross-functionally and to handle work across time zonesExperienced at developing B2B marketing campaigns for enterprise software and the materials to enable marketing and selling to enterprise audiences.Require minimal supervision; you deal with ambiguity wellAble to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAbility to engage in constructive debate, understand different points of view, and articulate direction to a wide audience including executives, team leaders, and individual contributorsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $146,300 -- $246,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
