JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator for Content Partnerships & Social Media will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and project based tasks for the VP of Content Partnerships and the VP, Social Media. This role will work closely with all members of the team as a liaison and have the opportunity to learn the inner workings of a Marketing team and explore various opportunities.A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESProcess asset delivery to our Multi-Platform Distribution Partners (ie. Hulu, Apple, Amazon, Tubi), as well as our .comProcess and manage department invoices, expense authorizations, and submissions to Accounts PayableManage the monthly Content Partnerships & Social Media Budgets and track Expense AuthorizationsWeekly auditing of distribution platforms to ensure consistent messaging and capture support highlightsProvide support to the Social Media team with creating toolkits, asset management, events, etc.Work with Social Media agencies to assist with invoice processing and meeting schedulesAssist the larger Content Partnerships and Social media team with logistics, travel, and set-up for any related activitiesAssist Content Partnerships and Social teams with various partner and vendor onboarding and evaluationsParticipate and contribute to team brainstorming sessionsInteract with internal departments, business partners, and vendors coordinating marketing activities and logistics as neededSupport two VPs with calendar management, travel, expense reports, and other administrative tasksWHAT YOU WILL NEEDStrong organization skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at onceTeam playerDetailed orientedClear communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of peopleProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookInterest in the digital media & entertainment spaceNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKERBachelor's DegreePast marketing entry level experience#LI-DNIWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
