We are Givaudan. Human by nature.As a Creative Fragrance Administrator, you play an important role within the Consumer Products team based in East Hanover. You will provide administrative support to the Evaluation team.Core Responsibilities:

* Prepare & set up smelling sessions for respective category teams, including fabric care, air care, personal care, and hair care. This could include preparing laundry and washing hair swatches and/or human hair for evaluation.* Providing additional back-up support for the laundry room as needed.

* Assist Development team in administrative activities such as PowerPoint support, creating spreadsheets, ordering sup-plies, library updates, setting up meetings, coordinate brand review file

* Coordinate and run internal panel tests: set up (including gathering supplies from labs, switching out towels halfway through when needed, labeling booths when needed and ensuring they are running properly, clean up), facilitate panels, and preparing results in the appropriate format to be submitted to the client

* Order or shop for new products and various market products as needed

* Project assistance: enter projects, sample requests, track oils, liaise with lab, sample pickup and delivery, enter stability requests

* Enter GC Requests & bring the product to GC lab

* Work cohesively and coordinate across various internal departments, such as Creative Fragrance product groups, Perfum-ery, Marketing and Market Research

* Coordinating new launch washes and smelling sessions

* Market Product tracking and pour offs - i.e. samples to ship to the client, samples for testing (internal & external)

* External CMI testing - i.e. assembling/organizing products (detergent, towels, alcohol, etc)

* Help to put kits together

* Data-entry

* Coordinate, track, and share all new Fine Fragrance launches

* Other administrative tasks as neededFunctional Skills & Competencies

* Sense of urgencyPrimary Qualifications (education/experience)

* Bachelor's Degree* Minimum of 2 years of administration experience preferred, ideally in the fragrance/cosmetic business

* Strong administrative & computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
