Channel Marketing Manager, NAM, Weller - US - Remote Office

TheBlueprint (Role Profile)Thisrole, based in Apex, NC, reports to the Director of Channel Marketing for theWeller brand. The Channel Marketing Manager will support & grow WellerDistribution partners in the Weller professional market with a diverse productportfolio, including Professional Soldering, Fume Extraction, Accessories &Precision Tools. Approximately 40% travel to domestic and internationallocations is required.TheGlobal Power Tools Marketing department is responsible for developing andexecuting high-impact channel programs for current products and new productlaunches. The Channel Marketing Manager drives distributor and end user salesby communicating these programs via the NAM distribution channel. The Manageris also responsible for using sales, market and competitor data to makeinformed decisions regarding tactical execution of channel marketing strategiesthat align with business objectives. This position includes regular interactionwith the field sales organization, product teams, and the marketingcommunications team plus NAM Weller Distributors.Come Build Your Future With Us!TheBuild (Responsibilities)Establish and maintain strong relationships with Weller Distributor partnersand key decision-makers.Create and drive marketing programs to meet strategic growth objectives and togrow sales among customers (via push programs) and end-users (via pullprograms)Develop a thorough competitive and situational assessment of the channel tosupport strategic planning and annual marketing planningCollaborate with sales team and product team to position products commerciallythat align with revenue and strategic goalsWork alongside sales, product managers, and marketing communications teams toengineer brand strategies and tactics at the customer levelDevelop and implement "go to market" programs & promotions by channel.Manage budget, KPIs and regular reporting including partner QBRsWork closely with regional sales and eComm teams to achieve Weller channelgrowth and profitability goals via winning channel marketing plans.Lead & coordinate NAM sales promotions, advertising, and productdemonstrations. Support long-term marketing plans and strategies, aligning with3-5 year financial targets.Actively seek out and understand distributor and end user VOC through regularcontact to successfully establish new promotions and programs to meet end-userneeds and grow revenueWork closely with the global channel and product teams to effectively launchnew product promotionsMonitor/track and analyze the effectiveness of programs to support reporting,course corrections, and decision-makingPresentations to customers and internal clients about brand information,launches and promotionsSupport sales training and product material development with the Channel andGlobal Marketing teamsConduct market/competitor analysis, including pricing strategies, and developmaterials to aid sales teamsThe Toolbox (Qualifications)Entrepreneurial with a positive mindsetStrong collaboration, communication and presentation skillsStrong Excel & PowerPoint skillsDegree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar studies5 years + Business/Marketing experienceGood Knowledge of marketing and analytics/reportingAbility to work within a matrix global organizationFluency in English, other languages a plusAbility to work under pressure in a growing fast moving businessExperience in distribution preferred
