Event Marketing Manager

DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for an Event Marketing Manager to join HealthTrust, a part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare. The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective hosted event and trade show programs to support the marketing and corporate strategic plans for HealthTrust, AdvantageTrust, and related service lines. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in event planning and trade show logistics within the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage budgeting, scheduling, and organizing of trade shows, hosted hospitality events, and VIP meetings.Manage trade show calendars for multiple business units, from approval to on-site coordination.Work with Marketing Event Coordinator to create successful trade show and conference plans.Ensure expense and revenue targets are met, establish budgets for each event, and manage contracts and relationships with vendors.Utilize metrics to measure event success, provide analysis, and make recommendations for program improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing/advertising, communications, or a related discipline.7+ years of experience in large-scale event planning and trade show logistic planning within the healthcare industry.CMP Certification is preferred.If you have a passion for creating positive patient interactions and have the required expertise, we encourage you to apply for our Event Marketing Manager position.
