Marketing Communications Specialist , we have an exciting opportunity for you! In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan to include content creation and messaging, directing promotional campaigns, managing trade shows, optimizing our digital/social media presence, managing budgets, and so much more. We are seeking a driven, self-starter with a technical aptitude and passion for understanding the why and how things work. Excellent writing and oral communications skills are a must, along with the ability to work with others to gather and consolidate information.What You Will Be DoingCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute the annual marketing plan which identifies all promotional activities and budget designed to support objectives outlined by corporate strategic plan.Develop key performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the marketing plan. Report on results.Responsible for executing all areas of the marketing plan to include social media, website, email, SEO, trade shows, advertising, webinars.Accountable for creating and managing all marketing collateral both print and digital.Manage customer/prospect contact database.Responsible for ongoing management of the marketing automation system.Responsible for SEO efforts to ensure that Woodward brand is consistently appearing in top 3 organic keyword searches. Implement paid SEO to optimize results.Manage in house or third-party content developers to include graphic artists, photographers, and video producers.What We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics or related field is required.2 + years marketing and communication activities required; Industrial marking experience desired.Experience in the use of marketing automation solutions to execute email campaigns, along with proven success in creating and executing marketing campaigns with specific focus on inbound marketing.Experience coordinating trade and industry events desirable.Experience in creating marketing collateral/content such as email templates, website content, brochures, and landing pages.Experience working with CRM systems to manage customer prospect database and integration with marketing automation tools.Experience in A/B testing for optimizing digital marketing campaigns.SEO experience and demonstrated results with the use of Google Ads and Analytics.Application window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
