you will work closely with a diverse roster of artists to set up, execute and deliver industry-leading, innovative marketing campaigns. You will liaise with teams in the US and Mexico to lead planning and project management, and work with the team to drive international marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities will include budgeting, data analysis, scheduling, and reporting. You will manage cross communication with A&R, Business Intelligence, sales, promotion, synch, brand partnership and publicity teams. You will be a point of contact with artists and management partners. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and is based at our Los Angeles office.What you'll do:Lead and contribute to the creation, development and execution of marketing strategies, projects and release schedules.Manage projects and campaigns in collaboration with other departments from planning to final product.Regularly communicate with external parties and maintain a high level of relationship management.Manage marketing campaign budgets, release scheduling, communication, reporting and problem solving.Assist and facilitate the timely delivery of assets to the production and sales teams to meet deadlines.Amplify the artist storyCoordinate eventsCreate and keep current one-sheets for sales, promotion, etc.Ensure on-time delivery of all marketing assets for releases or campaigns by coordinating deadlines, video content and other marketing materials for all projects.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Who you are:

You have 3-4 years of experience in marketing, project management and/or artist relations in the entertainment industry.A Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related field.An excellent communicator with high-level negotiation, and relationship-building skills.You are organized, passionate and positive-minded, with the ability to supervise projects and their timelines from start to finish.Knowledgeable about the Latin music industry in the USAKnowledgeable in the inner workings of social media and digital partnersFluent in written and spoken Spanish and English

California Pay Range $70,000—$80,000 USD
