OverviewWe're inviting you to join Microsoft's product marketing team within the Productivity and Collaboration Copilot organization, focused on Microsoft Viva and Copilot for Microsoft 365. This suite of products and services centered on the rapidly evolving Employee Experience category and AI Workforce transformation. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Viva business, you'll play an integral role in developing effective strategies and initiatives that accelerate Copilot adoption and grow the Viva business. In this role you'll align to fiscal year go-to-market and solution play plans, proactively engage stakeholders on progress against key priorities and segments and drive incremental strategies to help the business achieve its goals. You'll also be responsible for building sales enablement plans and content to drive continuous education for Viva as the next-generation AI workforce transformation platform. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic direction for Microsoft Viva business in partnership with Product, Finance, Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams through fiscal year planning processes, mid-year check-ins and other business model evolution processes.Define GTM strategies and plans including marketing mix, investments, product placement, pilots and incentive strategies to deliver customer and partner success, resulting in revenue and growth and shared outcomes. Facilitate building and executing of marketing plans across functions to achieve product revenue goals.Partner to land revenue, business targets, monetization strategies, plans and metrics with sales and channel teams.Institute and manage Viva business rhythms including monthly product and business performance reviews with executives and other stakeholder audiencesEstablish understanding of customer and field feedback to drive insights into GTM planning processes and executive reviewsDevelop comprehensive field readiness programs that equip sales teams with in-depth product knowledge and selling techniques for Viva productsCreate engaging sales enablement materials, including presentations (target audience/personas, product offerings, competition, pricing & packaging, value prop/positioning), roadmaps, and case studies that articulate the value proposition of Viva + Copilot for Microsoft 365 solutions. Anticipates how to position communications to resonate with different sales audiences.Develop sales enablement plans for key marketing moments, disclosures and packaging changes in partnership with Viva and Copilot for Microsoft 365 product marketing and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams, Business Planning and Sales.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values
