We are committed to delivering unparalleled service and exceeding our clients' expectations every step of the way.Position Overview:As an Interior Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our design team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, clients, and vendors, managing project timelines, logistics, budgets, and resources. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for design will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop and execute design concepts that meet clients' needs and preferences.Coordinate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.Track closely logistics database with materials, furniture, and accessories from vendors, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear and timely communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.Oversee the installation and setup of furniture, millwork, kitchens, bathrooms and accessories, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Provide administrative support to the internal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining project documentation.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field.3+ years of experience in interior design coordination or project management.Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and furniture.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel locally and across the US to visit job sites.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelMindfulness of business hours and personal presentationMust be available to work a flexible schedule during operating hours including Saturdays.Ability to travel to client's location to take precise measurements and photos; supervise installers and contractors as needed.Flexibility and willingness to attend special after-hour events are preferred (2-3) per year.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients.Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team of interior designers and coordinators.Paid time off including major US holidays.Medical and dental insurance
