It's how we've contributed to supporting the financial stability and growth of communities and economies globally for more than 300 years!Role descriptionThe North America Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive marketing program to support sales and retention objectives for the US and Canada. The Marketing Manager for these markets will work closely with local Sales & Account Management teams to deliver global marketing programs tailored to local market and business needs, which holistically combine community, product and account based marketing. The role needs to ensure local marketing efforts are deployed in the optimal marketing mix, delivering maximum return on investment aligned with core business priorities.Key responsibilities of the role include:Translate global campaigns into localised marketing opportunity.

Responsible for regional planning and execution of marketing activation plans across LSEG (Markets, Risk Intelligence, FTSE Russell and D&A): physical/virtual events, advertising, digital marketing, social media.

Partner with Sales.

Provide a comprehensive marketing plan to support the regional and account sales targets for all our account types - LCC, RMA and GSA/ KSA - to drive business retention and growth.

Bring the brand to life.

Determine how to activate the LSEG brand and its solutions in the most impactful way in market, infusing the brand and values into every marketing initiative.

Keep the focus on the customer.

Utilise the full marketing mix to plan and implement demand generation tactics that drive awareness, interest, consideration and ultimately purchase of LSEG propositions and products.

Account Based Marketing.

Plan and deliver ABM campaigns for specific key accounts in North America.

Plan and implement projects locally working closely with related corporate affairs & marketing functions as well as partners across the business.

Run the business as if it's your own.

Effectively maximise return on investment of marketing tactics by regularly reporting on the success of activities and using data to make decisions.

Become an expert.

Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, market dynamics, customer challenges and LSEG propositions and products.

Desired education and experience5-8 years of professional marketing B2B experience within a matrixed environment.

ABM Marketing & Financial markets experience are a plus.

Track record for delivering measurable impact with a strong focus on return on investment and sales targets & objectives.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related field.

Fluency in English a requirement.

Required knowledge and skillsProven experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and growth.

Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and matrixed team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements.

Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget.

Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and communicate complex information to all levels of the organization.

Exceptional leadership, management, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Hands-on, gets-things-done approach.

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and marketing methodologies.

):LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $109,800 - $204,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
