Assists and supports the Manager with clinic outreach, business development, marketing, and programs. Marketing campaigns for the clinic throughout the year. Coordinate and lead core sales and marketing efforts. Develop relationships with key contacts and coordinate public relations events. Establish predicted goals and monitor progress. Oversee Ergonomics Program, handle special projects, and/or administer ongoing programs with considerable latitude and minimal supervision.QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred in communications or public relations desired. Minimum of two years verifiable experience in public relations and/or customer service. Previous supervisory experience required.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:

Current California Driver's License required and Ergonomics certification preferred.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Note: (other duties may be assigned, deleted, or changed at any time, at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing).Comfortable with administrative and clinical staff, including physicians, in a health care setting.Promotes Brockton and Canyon clinics for new business.Establishing and implementing protocols for new accounts, including pricing, lab needs, etc.Setting up corporate accounts for physicals and forwarding information to all staff.Assist the Manager in overseeing Ergonomics and training.Responsible for assisting in the creation of and maintaining marketing collaterals.Ensure all staff and providers are notified/updated on any client changes and updates.Communicate clearly and effectively with patients of various cultural, social and economic backgrounds.Efficient and comfortable in interacting with external organizations and vendors. Work independently and productively within deadlines and numerous priorities.Assist the Manager in presentations to the employers, insurance carriers, MPNs, and community to promote Occupational Medicine programs and represent the clinic in various outside functions.Work with the Manager to represent the Occupational Medicine program, answer questions, and facilitate follow-up activities for new patients. Coordinate with various clinic departments in presenting organized training and/or in-services to clients.Assist Director in coordinating and participating with employers to promote wellness programs relating to Occupational Medicine.Assist the Manager in selecting, ordering, and keeping an inventory of all clinic's promotional items.Handle confidential messages and correspondence sensitively and effectively.Assist, where needed, in the new clinic and various new programs.This opportunity offers the following:Challenging and rewarding work environmentGrowth and Development Opportunities within UHS and its SubsidiariesCompetitive Compensation
