A belief that we're making a positive impact and a commitment to having fun.We are seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our team for this hybrid opportunity our of our Waltham, MA office.Job SummaryThe Senior Visual Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts, produce high-quality visual assets, and ensure brand consistency across various platforms.Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute visually stunning designs for various digital and print mediums, including websites, videos, social media, marketing collateral, and more.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.Create and present design concepts, storyboards, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.Produce high-quality visual assets, including icons, illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements.Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all touchpoints.Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience.Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and propose innovative design solutions.Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, as needed, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.Other duties as assigned and required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.7+ years of proven work experience as a Visual Designer or similar role.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.Proficiency with business applications such as Microsoft 365Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and gather feedback.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.This position offers a salary range of $109,800.00 to $119,800.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be foundhere. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position.
