The team is hiring a FULLY remote, salaried Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, to join their growth.

This role is fully remote. However, you must live in any of these states: AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KS, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI.Here is what you'll need to qualify--

5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics with a strong emphasis on digital data.Proven expertise in analyzing and interpreting data from both online platforms (websites) and mobile applications, including tracking user behavior, engagement metrics, and conversion analysis.In-depth knowledge of server-side tag management and web analytics platforms, including tagging and tracking methodologies.Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau(preferred), Power BI, and Looker Studio, with experience in self-service analytics and dashboard creationProficient in statistical analysis and techniques such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing.Strong SQL skills for querying, manipulating, and extracting data.Proficiency in BigQuery for data storage, management, and analysis.Experience in customer data modeling and integration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.PlusesExperience developing pipelines and integrations to ingest, automate and export dataExperience with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7Experience with Tealium for tag management, data orchestration, and integrating customer data across various platforms to enhance data-driven strategies.Below is a snapshot of your day to day --*The candidate will be at the forefront of analyzing and interpreting digital data across both web and mobile platforms, as well as campaign marketing data. Their expertise in data analytics will be crucial in deriving actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.*The candidate will leverage their advanced skills in Tableau or other BI tools, SQL, and BigQuery to create and maintain interactive dashboards, providing key stakeholders with clear and impactful data visualizations. Additionally, they will manage server-side tags to ensure accurate data tracking and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product management, to align data strategies with business goals.*This role also involves supporting customer data modeling and integration, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, data-driven professional with a passion for improving user experiences and optimizing digital strategies to support their mission.
