This person willwork with teams across SEO, Creative, and Web Development through iterativeexperience optimization for brightlysoftware.com. You'll dive deep into visitorbehavior and performance, advanced analytics and audience segmentation, andhelp ideate new ways to improve the user experience. The ideal candidate understandshow to build testing models and roadmaps, can develop strong relationshipsacross a company, and has a passion for data driven marketing.What you'll be doing

Operate as an ownerapplying data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas tooptimize and to develop solutions that enhance the experience, userengagement and performance of the site.Implement site testinginitiatives and user-centric product features to streamline the customerexperience and drive value to the business.Work directly with Web andCreative teams to define features, communicate tracking requirements, andcreate a site experience strategy & roadmap to bring your ideas tolife.Gain valuable experienceleading initiatives transparent to internal executives.Communicate timelines,goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, contentwriters, digital designers, and senior leaders.Building new things thatare cool, interesting, at the cutting edge of technologyConnect the dots betweentraffic drivers, such as paid ads and organic search, with the onsiteexperience in order to create a cohesive customer experience.

What you need

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree required5+ years of experiencewith a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals inCustomer Experience or Digital Operations.Experience in B2B SaaSpreferredA/B testing andpersonalization platforms such as Mutiny, Unbounce, and QualifiedStrong Excel skilled indata manipulation & analysis.Understanding ofstatistical significance and robust test analysis.Experience synthesizingdata into actionable insights, building roadmaps, and communicatingrecommendations to all levels of leadership.Strong team player withability to communicate effectively across functional teams to drivepriorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they becomeproject blockers.Exceptional organizationalskills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and taskssimultaneously.A strong passion forunderstanding customer behavior and enhancing the quality of customerinteractions.Eagerness to work hands-onin an entrepreneurial, performance-based, analytically driven, andfast-paced environmentA proactive approach witha strong sense of ownership and a bias towards action.What Makes you a Standout
