POSITION SUMMARY:The SEO Specialist works within the Search Engine Optimization team to execute the day-to-day activities of the SEO programs. Executes SEO specific content and campaigns as determined by the SEO strategy and the needs of the business.Determines and communicates areas of optimization within the SEO programs running across the enterprise. Works closely with other marketing programs, the SEO Specialist maximizes organic search rankings while staying within budget. This specialist works closely with cross functional teams including Digital Commerce, Design, Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing and more. This specialist is a key contact for the day-to-day relationships with agency partners for delivery of SEO specific content to ensure best-in-class campaigns and performance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Executes against the SEO strategy, coordinates with stakeholders across all channels to ensure its effectiveness and maximizes organic rankings and conversion rate.

Builds and communicates regular reporting of program specific KPI's.

Represents SEO in Omni, category and digital commerce planning.

Builds and executes SEO content, campaigns and related day-to-day activities.

Determines and prioritizes content campaigns, keyword building and link optimization.

Works with all other marketing and merchandising teams to ensure SEO programs are fully integrated with all related activity to drive maximum organic ranking and related traffic, conversion rate and sales.

Monitors and communicates performance against effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of SEO.

Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of SEO efforts in order to maximize results.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business or related field is required

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of applicable online marketing experience is required

Experience within CPM based advertising is preferred

Experience with rich media advertising is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Ability to perform basic data analysis

Ability to solve problems

Ability to work under minimal supervision

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Regularly performs computer work and sits.

Occasionally walks and stands.

Seldom/never lifts up to 50lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT

:Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
