Position Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to join the Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of large marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives forward, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals, and enhancing our brand presence. With a track record of leading complex projects from inception to successful completion, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the marketing landscape.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner with Marketing and Communications Leadership to lead external marketing programsDevelop project roadmaps and other artifacts to define new initiatives, aligning stakeholders on high-level tasks, deliverables, dependencies and timelinesCreate and maintain detailed project timelines, outlining daily tasks, assignments and deliverablesLead integrated project teams through the project lifecycle, from initial definition to final market deliveryMaintain consistent and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project.Develop staffing plans and project cost estimates. Monitor expenditures and proactively communicate any risks to financial projectionsServe as a primary point of contact for external marketing agencies. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables between the internal team and agency partnersManage resource allocation, ensuring that team members and external partners are appropriately assigned based on their skills and availabilityPrepare status reports and lead regular project status meetings with internal team and external partners to review progress against timelines and deliverablesIdentify issues that could impact scope, timeline, budget, or quality. Align with Leadership on mitigation strategiesDocument formal changes to project scope, schedule, and resourcesPromote collaboration by encouraging teamwork and open communication. Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas, taking risks, and raising concernsEnsure that project deliverables align with customer needs and meet industry and organizational regulations. Trains new staff.Oversees the daily workflow of the department.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Education, Certifications, and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in digital marketing project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery across integrated media campaigns, website development, social media, and CRMPassion for creative process and emerging technologiesProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and creative and marketing platforms (e.g. Figma, Webflow, HubSpot)Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and Agile methodologies (e.g., ScrumMaster) are preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Travel Expectations:

Expected travel: 10%
