Job Summary:The Art Director is part of the Corporate Creative team. This role supports National Sales and Corporate Marketing developing dynamic OOH concepts, presentations and marketing collateral. This candidate will be involved in the development and implementation of companywide strategic initiatives working directly with various stake holders including but not limited to Marketing Solutions, Marketing Operations, Corporate Marketing and Corporate Communications. This role will involve an ongoing focused on developing a cohesive, high-performance culture, facilitating good communication, education and sharing of best practices. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and design successful OOH ads to meet client objectivesWorks as collaborative member of an in-house design teamOversees refinement of agency or customer artwork before it goes to productionLeverages existing Dropbox systems to maintain a repository of all working files for the Corporate Creative TeamManages tools that streamline and track activity via Asana workflowFacilitates regular communication; share & elevate repeatable successesServes as an expert in creative strategy, research insights and product innovation, providing education and support on these priorities within the Corporate Creative TeamAssists Corp Marketing and National Sales with development & delivery of key client presentations as directedMaintain and update corporate brand guidelines throughout all Corporate collateralParticipate in sales calls and regularly scheduled zoom meetings as necessaryUtilize and maintain equipment, printers, and supplies including Mac OS workstation according to corporate standardsOther duties as assigned or requestedREQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Design, Graphic Design or Communication Design5+ years of experience working with sales and marketing teams, ideally in the media/advertising industryHave a thorough understanding of photography, typography, and printing techniquesMust have strong time management skillsBe highly motivated and well organizedHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externallyWork well as part of a collaborative team in a matrix organizationHave excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software, i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, social platforms, project management apps like Asana, etc.Knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Video editing capabilities a plusKeen ability to assess situations, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutionsAbility to think things through and develop processes that contribute to enhanced organizational efficiencyBe able to work under pressure, multi-task and with tight deadlinesCOMPETENCIES
