Hill International is seeking a Design Oversight Manager in Phoenix, ArizonaInterface and coordinate with the DB during design phase and through constructionInterfacing with clients internal users and stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into design req'tsCoordinate with DB to ensure sufficiency, completeness, and quality of the work and that the Project design meets programmatic, technical and performance criteriaDuring construction, assist in review of change orders and shop drawing and submittal reviewsAssist clients internal Manufacturing Engineering (M&E) group and other stakeholdersSupport the final design and configuration of the process tooling equipmentScope and support the procurement of the process tooling equipmentIdentify and resolve potential scope gaps between the facility design and construction and process tooling

At least 15 years of experience as a licensed design professional with at least 10 years of such experience in a project management and supervisory roleBachelor's degree preferredExperience with industrial or manufacturing plant construction or expansion is preferred
