Who We Are Looking For:

Every day, Cambia's dedicated team of Integrated Marketing Programs Managers will live our mission to make health care easier and lives better. As a member of the marketing team, our Integrated Marketing Programs Manager will work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create educational content tailored to specific regions, audiences, insurance products and solutions while ensuring optimization and coordination across various channels. This position requires aligning program objectives with key business areas such as Marketing, Sales, Product and Strategic Communications to support enterprise priorities.

An essential skill for this role is the ability to adapt and quickly respond to support business-to-business sales and retention initiatives across different health insurance market segments, including small, mid-size, and large-group employers, as well as Individual and Medicare plans. The manager must deliver results efficiently, communicate clearly, and demonstrate the ability to switch gears and collaborate with various cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management skills and thrive in an environment that requires alignment with Program Manager teammates. Together, you will create a comprehensive training roadmap inclusive of internal sales, producer and employer audiences - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

Qualifications:

The Integrated Marketing Programs Manager would have a BA/BS in marketing, communications or relevant field, 8-10 years of experience that includes analysis, development, and execution of integrated marketing strategies within a complex organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.

Must have a valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of auto insurance.

Skills and Attributes:

Adept at maintaining a program portfolio of project plans and budgets, prioritizing workstreams, tracking metrics, and delivering progress reports to internal and external audiencesStrength in strategic thinking, implementing business strategies and driving results across internal teams and/or external partners.Strong understanding of best-practice marketing methodologies and conceptsProficient in use of software tools such as MS Office 365, Salesforce, email and webinar platforms, workflow mangers and project management applicationsAbility to measure and evaluate program effectiveness, identify issues and opportunities, and work to continuously improve programs offeredStrong relationship and facilitation skills, including the ability to resolve issues and build consensus among groups of diverse stakeholdersDemonstrated competency in project management including ability to lead complex implementations with cross-functional teamsExcellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, to interact with senior leadership as well as groups and individuals at all levels of the organizationOperates with autonomy in ant icipating issues, assessing risks, making tradeoffs and balancing business needs versus constraintsRepresents enterprise in a positive professional manner in the marketplace
