Embody and advocate for user-centric design principles in all design work.Spearhead design initiatives from problem identification to final solution delivery.Collaborate extensively with product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.Utilize data to inform design decisions and continuously iterate designs.Engage with the design system team for guidelines alignment and contribute to its advancement; partner with UXR for research and usability testing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong background in visual design, storytelling, and understanding user behavior.Proven track record in UX/UI design, particularly within e-commerce and financial sectors.Proficiency in design and wireframing tools such as Figma and Sketch.
