Datadog's Employer Brand Marketing (EBM) team is a dynamic group of content creators, growth specialists, and event marketers. We're looking for an organized and creative marketer who will be responsible for our employer brand identity and growth across the Americas. As an all-round marketer with experience in building a strong, reputable brand among targeted audiences, you will also have experience in new market expansion, organic and paid social, and employer reputation management. This person will partner closely with other members of the EBM team, including our Growth Marketing Lead and events team, to drive awareness and consideration of Datadog as an employer across the AMER region, prioritizing engineering and sales audiences.As a member of the EBM team, the Senior Employer Brand Manager will be responsible for building and executing our AMER employer brand roadmap, with a focus on Brand and Content, to establish Datadog's presence in key markets. This role involves leading new market initiatives, using data-driven insights, and forming close partnerships with our people teams. Collaborating with creative, DEI, and corporate marketing teams, they will design and deliver multi-platform programs and campaigns to optimize talent attraction. They will leverage their expertise to build a strong brand among technical and non-technical audiences, developing targeted talent pools and leads.At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do:Develop and execute plans and tactics to build awareness and affinity of Datadog as an employer with engineering and sales audiences.Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the wider people and talent strategy.Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of integrated campaigns rolled out across organic and paid social channels, content streams such as blogs and CRM, paid programs, employee advocacy, and more.Produce content and assets for use across multiple platforms.Share stories about our company and people in innovative and compelling ways tailored to different audiences and personas.Use analytical skills to deep-dive into campaign metrics and assess their impact on sentiment and hiring.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals across EBM work for AMER and new markets.Develop and maintain tactical roadmaps and team documentation, including budgets, OKRs, and reports.Track and utilize the budget to maximize ROI and support high-impact initiatives.Build regular reports to reflect the impact of work being built for our market audiences, including talent intelligence research where necessary.Who You Are:7+ years of global integrated marketing experience, with 2+ years of experience within Employer Brand Marketing.Understand how to build a strong employer brand for technical and sales audiences.Passion for building content, campaigns, and other activations.Confident in managing and optimizing multiple campaigns across multiple audiences and channels.Data-driven in your approach and willing to pivot work quickly based on data insights.A self-starter capable of taking a concept from ideation and research to execution and analysis.Strong collaborator who thrives working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.Datadog values people from all walks of life. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
