We're hiring an Interior Designer for our Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who's comfortable working on multiple projects at once. Previous experience in Multifamily Housing and Hospitality preferred; other market sector design, such as Corporate Commercial and Academic, appreciated but not required. The designer should thrive in a collaborative team environment with technically sophisticated and design-focused projects.Responsibilities will include:Interior design from project inception through construction.Selection of materials, lighting, fixtures, furnishings, art, and accessories.Coordination across design teams including architects; engineers and consultants; product representatives; furniture dealersand custom fabricators; and more.Project documentation via client presentations, renderings, CD sets, detail drawings, specifications and finish binders, as well as timely and thorough responses duringSupport of furniture procurement and installation processQualifications
Interior Design degree from an accredited university5-7 years of relevant design experienceProficient in Revit, Enscape, andAdobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and InDesign); prior experience with Sketchup or 3DS Max a plusAbility to think analytically and solve problems independently#LI-EC1Page is an EOE/AA/VET/IWD employer and subscribes to E-Verify.
