Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking qualified and motivated Publications and Graphics Artist Specialists to join our team as Part Time On Call (PTOC) resources. These positions will support the Defensive Cyber Operations Operating Unit in the development of materials in response to request for proposals.Support the Cyber Operations Operating Unit proposal team in the development of required documentation (Technical response, graphics, etc.) for submission. Reviews, analyses, proposal documents to ensure all document submission requirements are met. Adheres to schedule guidelines. Develops final documents from drafts. Evaluates documentation for quality, relevancy, accuracy and submission requirements.Review Request for Proposal documentation
Evaluate proposal document submission requirementsReview proposal team's draft documentsRe-write, edit, format, drafts to support color team reviewsDevelop graphics from proposal team's inputSchedule document review meetingsAttend required proposal development meetingsRespond to proposal teams requestsReview drafts of finished documents to ensure proper spelling and / or appropriate grammatical usageReview final products to ensure they meet quality, proposal submission requirements (format, typeface, page limit, etc.)Provide guidance to other support staffAnswer questions relating to the development of proposal submission documentationGather, compile and report on information relevant to assigned tasksGather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sourcesUse Microsoft software applications to compile and generate documentation, reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:High School diploma and a minimum 3 years experienceProposal submission documentationReviewing written documentation for submission requirementsReviewing developed products for grammatical, structural accuracy and complianceDeveloping final products from technical teams' draft submissionsSupporting proposal color team reviewsMeeting critical and short deadline requirementsSupporting proposal teams (capture manager, program manager, technical SMEs, etc.)Scheduling and leading documentation reviewsCreating compliant graphics from drafts submitted by technical SMEsMicrosoft Office products (Word, excel, PowerPoint)Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat ProfessionalPreparing draft documents for technical reviewTracking deliverables and suspense datesSupporting proposal, technical and development meetingsPreparing reports for proposal teamU.S. Citizenship requiredActive Top Secret / SCI ClearancePreferred Qualifications:Bachelors and a minimum of 3 years' experience. May also consider High School diploma with additional experience in lieu of degree.Minimum 3 years technical support to proposals and international programsMinimum of 10 years experience supporting government proposals submissionsAdvanced technical writing experience
