Senior Experience Designer - Visual/UI/Interaction - Madden NFLPlease note that this role requires on-site/hybrid work from either Orlando, FL or Vancouver, BC. Advocate and be responsible for user experience, product consistency, and design excellence across the product

Apply your UI design skills in composition, grids, colour theory and typography to our interactive experiences in-game

Apply your interaction/motion design skills to create interactive experiences that surprise and delight our players

You will create pixel-accurate screen mocks based on feature requirements

You will create interactive/motion design prototypes

Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure that design solutions are practical to build from an engineering and scope perspective

You will guide meetings with design and product leadership to guide progress against goals and establish clear next steps

Qualifications8+ years of experience in a Visual Design/Interaction Design role

Capabilities in Visual and Interaction Design (For Console, PC)

A portfolio of work that showcases relevant work that contains well thought out process and excellent craft execution (please include your portfolio link on your resume)

Proficiency with Figma and the Adobe Suite

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI/Design Diploma or Degree, or a related area

You will report to the Director of Experience Design

Bonus*Familiarity with 3D software packages

Familiarity working in a game engine

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

$140,700 - $204,700 USD Annually

* New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

$125,300 - $204,700 USD Annually

* Jersey City, NJ :

$164,800 - $204,700 USD Annually

* Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

$131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually

* Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

$125,300 - $198,100 USD Annually

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

$115,100 - $161,200 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
