Nokia is a leader in access, IP and optical networking, and its solutions span access, aggregation, metro, long haul, data center and subsea applications for communications service providers, cable/MSOs, internet content providers, cloud companies, and enterprises worldwide.The NI marketing organization is seeking a seasoned and dynamic Program Manager to drive marketing activities in support of our Data Center Networking Portfolio into Enterprise. The Program Manager supports the creation and leads the execution of the marketing plan. This expert is responsible for overseeing and coordinating deliverables across program and campaign execution, field and partner marketing, measurement, optimization, lead management, events (physical and digital) and social media channels. He/she is responsible for balancing and executing the marketing mix and managing the marketing budget. The candidate will bring all elements of the corporate marketing team together (strategic marketing, content marketing, product marketing, communications, digital marketing, demand generation...) to develop and drive an effective reputation and demand-generation campaigns to our audiences and channels.Contribute to development of marketing strategy and campaigns to position Nokia as a thought leader and innovator in the data center networking space, positioning NI as "the partner of choice for building the most critical networks" with key stakeholders including customers, partners, influencers, and shareholders.Assist with the development of integrated marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets, in collaboration with multi-functional teams (product, cross-portfolio, and field marketing experts, business leaders, and executives) and external agency partners.Define content and channel strategy goals and approach, identify, and ideate on compelling storylines, and align these elements to campaign brief, messaging documents and activation strategy to create a comprehensive and measurable content plan.Drive efforts to distribute content through email, website, social media, partner, and sales channels.Collaborate with the digital demand and analytics team to define tactical plans for defined audiences optimized to meet objectives cost-effectively (specifying deliverables as well as media/channels to reach target audiences and appropriate calls to action).Lead the tracking and analysis of campaign KPIs and dashboard to show impact and progress.Develop draft copy for associated email, landing pages, social media, and website.Provide creative guidance including creative briefs to engage external suppliers.Champion our brand and ensure consistent brand positioning with key segments across relevant channels of influence through a smart mix of campaign and sustained engagement.Ensure continuity of communications strategy across all customer touch points, both internal and external.

The successful candidate for this position must be able to work closely with the IP Product Marketing teams, Campaign teams, Field Marketing, Partner teams and Communications teams.

Qualifications:A University or advanced degree preferably in marketing, communications, or business8 - 10 years' experience in B2B marketing with a focus working with partner and field marketing teams3 - 5 years' experience in digital marketing, including the use of marketing automation platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo and Sales Force and social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)Proven ability to work effectively in virtual teams and in a matrix organization.Campaign and program planning, execution, analytics, marcom, and optimization experience.Experience in a global or multi-regional role and demonstrable cultural awareness and respect for diversity (essential for success both within the company and in communicating effectively to our global audiences)Technical/product category experience desirableLives and breathes the company's brand, culture, and values.

Skills and Experience:Ability to work in a collaborative way with campaign, program and tactic supporting teams.Strong administrative and management skills, including the ability to organize, analyze and report on data from multiple systems and provide actionable recommendations.Budget, vendor, and agency management related to campaign, programs, and tactics.Excellent written, communication and business presentation skills.Able to collaborate and inspire cross-functional teams on reputation building, new product introductions and digital channel building.Experience in strategy and execution on digital channels.Understanding of IP and Datacenter portfolio desirable.Proven ability to manage ambiguity and thrives in an environment of change.
