JOB SUMMARY:The Associate Graphic Designer will partner in developing and executing specific projects in the Retail, B2B, and CRM channels for L’OCCITANE in the US and CANADA.

We're seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Associate Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative marketing team. You'll play a crucial role in bringing our marketing campaigns to life across print and digital formats, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery. The Associate Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Designer, Retail and Print, and will support and work closely with the entire Creative team as well as with cross-functional partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with the Senior Designer, Retail and Print, working closely to develop creative that elevates the brand image and drives consistency across touchpoints. Includes but not limited to direct mail and POS.Execute all Canada translations (including CRM mailers and POS)Manage and design SMS posts, lease advertising, and barricades as well as any assets needed for New Store Openings and Outlets.Take initiative on secondary campaigns such as Friends and Family or Customer Appreciation, designing and managing for all touchpoints as needed.Partner with Omnichannel Designer on local packaging as needed.Ad-hoc projects for cross functional departmentsSupport team with projects as needed.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Improve 360 customer experience. Ensure all creatives have a strong relationship to the brand. Improve time management/communication by working with team and cross-functional partners, prioritizing urgent deadline requests, and negotiating timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field

EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to accuracy and quality.Knowledge of print production best practices and file preparation for various media.Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders.Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.Exposure to video editing is a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location.
