Due to a promotion the Houston/Austin Cluster is looking for a Cluster Marketing Coordinator to join their amazing team!
This position reports directly to the Cluster Director of Marketing and is responsible for assisting with the execution of strategic marketing plans and providing tactical marketing support for Hilton Americas Houston, Hilton Austin, Embassy Suites Austin, Doubletree by Hilton Austin, and Doubletree by Hilton Abilene. This role is an on-property role based out of Hilton Austin OR Hilton Americas Houston.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content & Asset Management: Assists in managing, executing, and regular audits of marketing-specific assets, collateral, website, 3rd party sites, social media, digital & traditional advertising and coordinating photo / video shoots.On-Property Experiences: Assists the Director of Marketing with identification and tactical elements of the hotel’s programming, activations, and partnerships.Digital Marketing: Assist with the creation and execution of all digital media in alignment with digital marketing calendar planning.Social media: This role may be responsible for posting on and upkeep within social media channels, ensuring implementation of the established social media plan and calendar.Public Relations Support: Assists with the coordination of media visits, including itinerary confirmations, property tours, distribution of media kits, etc.Additional Tactical Support: Provides as needed tactical and project based marketing support in order to effectively and efficiently execute the hotel's strategic marketing plans.Administrative Support: Works with the marketing team to prioritize key activities of wider strategic projects and tasks. Assists with processing invoices for marketing initiatives.
SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In addition to performance of the essential responsibilities, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be determined by the supervisor.
Attend weekly departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operationsAssists with special projects assigned by hotel leadershipPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by managementMaintains a good working relationship with other departments & employees
