Will work remotely from Dallas, TX.Overview:Blue Yonder is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager responsible for global campaigns targeting the manufacturing industry, with a focus on promoting our supply chain management SaaS software. In this role, you will plan, develop, execute, and evaluate high-impact integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue growth.Scope:The successful candidate will have experience creating impactful campaign strategies, an understanding of target markets and customers, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and channel strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, industry strategy, product marketing, and field marketing, to plan and execute globally defined industry-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.What you will do:Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns focused on supply chain management SaaS software, aligned with the company's overall growth strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global campaigns, sales, business development, and creative, to develop and launch plans that differentiate Blue Yonder in key industries, segments, and regions.

Understand and adapt global campaigns to regional market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances, while analyzing market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions, develop campaign execution strategies, and drive competitive differentiation in the assigned market segment.

Determine appropriate channel mix for each integrated campaign, including content marketing, webinars, direct mail, organic and paid social media, email drips/nurtures and other relevant media channels, to achieve campaign and business goals.

Manage the campaign budget related to owned tactics, ensuring each tactic is delivered on time and within budget.

Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaign, providing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and deliver significant ROI to meet pipeline and bookings targets.

Maintain consistent reporting cadence to communicate key messaging, plans and results to key stakeholders and peers.

What we are looking for:5+ years of B2B demand generation, campaign strategy and digital marketing experience

Enterprise SaaS or supply chain marketing experience is a major plus

Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, managing, and tracking integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue

Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs

Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

Positive, self-starter with a drive to succeed and comfortable with high levels of ambiguity in a quickly changing business environment

Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs

Flexibility to quickly adapt and align with business needs

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects with flawless execution

Excellent project management skills

-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: $91,111.54 - $100,888.45 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
